Prenatal

These visits typically take place between 34-36 weeks and serve as a time for us to get to know each other, discuss birth preferences, coping strategies, risks, hopes, and fears, and make a plan for when you go into labor.

Birth

As your doula, I will be by your side when you need support during active labor, delivery, and immediately after your baby is born. I can help with coping with pain, keeping you comfortable and hydrated, setting the space, protecting the environment, advocating for you and your birth preferences if needed, and offering physical support.

Postpartum

I will visit you the day after your baby is born, and then again a few days after that. In these initial postpartum visits, we often revisit the birth and reflect on how it went. I check in on how you and your baby are doing, how you are adjusting to those first few days of parenthood, feeding, and healing your body. I can also connect you with additional resources as needed.

I also offer additional or stand-alone postpartum services, as described below.

Ayurvedic Postpartum Services

Nourishment Package - $200

  • Postpartum Meal Delivery (Day 1, 3, 5)

    -Kitchari (brothy lentil, rice, and vegetable stew)

Warm Oil Massage - $60/30 min

Ayurvedic warm sesame oil infused with beneficial postpartum herbs. This style of massage has been used for generations in India for healing, calming, soothing, and toning the body, after birth. It is also known to heal the tissues and provide warmth and grounding.
